Our Group was founded by our Chairman, CEO and Executive Director Mr. Wilson Lo. His entrepreneurship in the construction sector began in 1980 with the commencement of business of Tristar, the predecessor of our Group as building material trader. Mr. Lo saw the advantages of integrating downstream into the installation and fitting-out services of building materials and incorporated Kwan Tai Engineering, our Group’s principle operating subsidiary in Hong Kong.
